About PUDHUMAI PEN:

The Government of TamilNadu has launched "Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Higher Education Assurance Scheme" to enhance the enrolment ratio of STUDENTS from Government schools to Higher Education Institutions. Through this scheme, the financial assistance of Rs. 1000/month will be provided to the STUDENTS till their completion of UG degree/Diploma/ITI/any other recognized course. The incentive amount under this scheme will be disbursed directly into the student’s Bank Account. Under the Higher Education Assurance Scheme, "PUDHUMAI PEN" scheme is being implemented for the benefit of female students and "TAMIL PUTHALVAN" scheme is being implemented for the benefit of Male students.

மூவலூர் ராமாமிர்தம் அம்மையார் நினைவு உயர்கல்வி உறுதி திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம் தமிழ்நாட்டில் மிகவும் பின்தங்கிய நிலையில் உள்ள உயர்கல்வியைத் தொடர முடியாத ஆறாம் வகுப்பு முதல் 12-ம் வகுப்பு வரை அரசு பள்ளிகளில் தங்கள் பள்ளிப்படிப்பை நிறைவு செய்த மாணவர்களின் உயர்கல்வி கனவை நனவாக்குவது ஆகும்.

Mission:

தமிழ்நாட்டு மாணவர்களின் உயர்கல்வியை உறுதியாக்குவதின் வழி எதிர்காலத்தில் இந்திய அரசு நிர்ணயத்துள்ள உயர்கல்வி சேர்க்கை விகிதத்தை காட்டிலும் 100 விழுக்காடு உயர்கல்வி சேர்க்கையில் மாணவர்கள் எண்ணிக்கையை அதிகரிப்பது ஆகும்.
