Aim of the Club:
Our College Electoral Literacy Club was Started 25th January 2018. The Club is concentrating to convert our eligible students to voters. The Electoral Literacy Club is functioning under one Nodal Officer Prof.R.M.Balamurugan. The Club conducted various interesting activities for the students to create an idea to become voters.. Vision of the Club:
Electoral Literacy Club focus the importance of Electoral Participation among students and young generation.
Objectives of the Club:
- To Create awareness among first year U.G. Students to enroll in Voters List.
- Arrange interesting activities to enroll voters list.
- Invite the experts to sensitize the students to learn electoral rights.
- Seeding the knowledge of electoral process and voting.
- To Promote the ethical voting.
Functions of the Electoral Literacy club:
- To Create awareness about voting system and the importance of voting during elections and make the students realize the responsibility of a Citizen.
- To Conduct Rallies, special lectures and various competitions to motivate our students for voting.
- To Conduct Special Camps for the students for new enrolments.
