Activity I:
Research and Development Cell of K.M.G College organized workshop on Research and Funding Agencies. The Resource person Dr.A.Sait Sahul Hameed, Director-AAHL, OIE Expert and FNAAS, TATA Innovation Fellow(DBT), OIE reference Laboratory for WTD, C.Abdul Hakeem College, Melvisharam, Vellore District, Tamilnadu delivered how to write research Proposals and funding agencies in National and International levels. 50 no of PG students from science streams and 100 faculty members participated on 06.10.2022 at Seminar Hall, K.M.G College of arts and Science, Gudiyattam, Vellore District.
Activity II
Research and Development Cell, Research Department of Biochemistry, of K.M.G College jointly organized workshop on how to initiate Research Projects for Students. The Resource person Dr.C.Asokan, Assistant Professor in Biochemistry, K.M.G College of Arts and Science, Tamilnadu delivered how to start research project, write research thesis and Papers. 100 no of PG students from science streams and 10 faculty members participated on 16.02.2023 at Seminar Hall, K.M.G College of arts and Science, Gudiyattam, Vellore District.
Activity III
Research and Development Cell, Research Department of Biochemistry, of K.M.G College jointly organized Extension Activity on Anemia and Obesity identification camp for Housekeeping and non teaching women staffs in K.M.G College. Non teaching and housekeeping women staff members participated on 03.02.2023 at PG lab in Biochemistry department , K.M.G College of arts and Science, Gudiyattam, Vellore District.
Activity IV
Research and Development Cell, Research Department of Microbiology of K.M.G College jointly organized Outreach Program on Health Awareness for Rural Women’s in Sethuvendai village people. Teaching and PG students participated on 02.02.2023 at Sethuvendai village, Gudiyattam, Vellore District.
Activity V
Research and Development Cell, Research Department of Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry and Mathematics of K.M.G College jointly organized Science Exhibition for National Science Day Celebration. The Resource person Dr.Thamin Ansari, HOD, Department of Chemistry, Government Thirumagal Mills College, Gudiyatham, Tamil Nadu inaugurates the science exhibition. 400 no of students from Govt aided schools and Government College science streams and 20 faculty members participated on 28.02.2023 at Seminar Hall, K.M.G College of arts and Science, Gudiyattam, Vellore District.
