Activity – 1
The Enviro club conducted an online quiz program from 26.05.2020 to 28.05.2020. Faculties and students from various colleges were participated and benefitted by this online quiz. Nearly 235 members were responded and 140 members received their E-certificates.
Activity – 2
The Enviro Club conducted a “Seedling Plantation” program in college on 04.12.2020. This Seedling plantation program plays a major role for maintaining the out looking atmosphere inside the college campus.
Seedling process provides a large amount of nutritional value to the humans and maintains the soil fertility. Our Principal Dr.M.Valarmathi encouraged the plantation along with the convener and members of the Enviro club.
Activity – 3
The Enviro Club organized an online E-Quiz competition in the subtitle of “Green Environment” on 25.01.2021. Nearly 235 students were participated and 185 received their E- Certificates. This program creates awareness among the students to maintain a green and healthy environment.
Activity – 4
Enviro Club organized an awareness program on “Energy Conservation” in college on 29.01.2021. The resource person was Mr.P.K.Thanajayan, External Faculty, Petroleum conservation Research Association, Chennai. Students from various departments were actively participated in the quiz competition and benefitted by this awareness program about Energy Conservation. Dr.M.Valarmathi, Principal distributed the prizes for the winners. Finally, the members, coordinator along with principal have taken the pledge for Energy Conservation.
