The 142nd birthday celebration of Mahakavi C. Subramani Bharatiyar was held at 12 noon on behalf of KMG seminor hall. Dr. Jayakumar, Head of the Department of Tamil delivered the welcome address. Principal of the college Dr. M. Senthilraj gave a speech and garlanded Bharatiyar’s portrait and gave sweets to the students. Prof. Dr. Ra.S. Balaji of Tamil Department delivered the vote of thanks.
