DEPARTMENT WEBINAR
PG & Research Department of Commerce and PG Department of Commerce Computer Applications organized a National Webinar on 27th August 2021. Dr. M. Valarmathi Principal KMG College of Arts and Science Gudiyattam has Inaugurated the Webinar Session. Dr. K. Gomathy Head, PG &Research Department of Commerce she gave a Welcome address. Dr. J. Anthony Gruze Thangaraj, Head & Assistant Professor, Sri Bhagavan Mahaveer, Jain First Grade College, Kolar Golden Field, Karnataka was the resource person and he gave a special lecture on “How to write a research Paper”. In the next session Dr. L. Santhanaraj Associate Professor, PG &Research Department of Commerce, St. Joseph College Cuddolore was the resource person and he gave a special lecture on “E-Commerce and its Applicability in Day today Life”. More than 100 Students Participated in this Webinar. Finally Prof.M.Ravichandran Head PG Department of Commerce Computer Applications he gave a vote thanks.

FRESHERS DAY CELEBRATIONS
To give a warm welcome to the Ist year students of our Department of Fresher’s Day Celebration was Organized on 23-09-2021 at 10.00 am at KMG Auditorium. Dr. M. Valarmathi Principal KMG College of Arts and science Gudiyattam, She gave a felicitation address. The HOD of Commerce Computer Applications Prof.M.Ravichandran Presided over the function and delivered the Presidential address. Prof.V.Vinayagamoorthy, Assistant Professor of Commerce Computer Applications,he gave a vote of thanks.

INTER COLLEGIATE EVENTS
Our students participated in the one day National conference on ‘CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY : OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES” organized by the PG & Research Department of Commerce, Islamiah College, Vaniyambadi,in collaboration with Farida shoes, Ambur, on 30-03-2022.

TALLY TRAINING PROGRAMME
To improve the working skill of the students in the accounting software, we have a tie up with VIS Education and Training Company Chennai, provide Tally Prime 1.1 Version to both of B.Com, B.Com., Computer Applications and BBA students. The Director of VIS Education and Training company. Mrs.S.Elakkiya and our Principal Dr.M. Valarmathi inaugurated the training Programme on 11.03.2022 at 03:00 P.M. held at K.M.G Seminar Hall.

Prof.V.Vinayagamoorthy, Assistant professor of Commerce CA, Presented a paper “A Study of Employees on organizational Effectiveness in IT sector at Tamilnadu” Organised by the PG &Research Department of Commerce, Islamiah College, in Collaboration with Farida shoes Ambur,on 30 -03-2022.

BLOOD DONATION
Blood donation camp was organized by the NSS units of our college on 26-03-2022. Our department student’s blood donated to the Gudiyattam Government hospital.
