Event 1: Online Quiz
The PG & Research Department of Mathematics organized an “Online Quiz Competition” from 27.05.2020 to 31.05.2020. Nearly 300 students, research scholars and faculties from various colleges participated in the competition.
Event 2: National Webinar
The PG & Research Department of Mathematics organized a national level webinar on 05.08.2020. Prof. N. Raji, Head, PG & Research Department of Mathematics gave the welcome address. Principal Dr.M.Valarmathi felicitated the gathering. Dr.S.PARTHIBAN, Associate Professor, Department of Mathematics, Vignan’s Foundation for Science, Technology and Research(Deemed to be University), Vadlamudi, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, India was the resource person and delivered a special lecture on “Applications of Transforms and Differential Equations”. Nearly 250 students, research scholars and faculties from various colleges attended the webinar. At the end of the session Prof.M.Karthic, PG & Research Department Mathematics gave the vote of thanks.
Event 3: MATHEMATICS ASSOCIATION PROGRAM
Mathematics Association, The PG and Research Department of Mathematics conducted a special lecture on “SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS IN LINEAR PROGRAMMING” on 22nd January 2021. Dr.A.SRIDHAR, M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D.,PGDCS.Assistant Professor, PG & Research Department of Mathematics, Government Thirumagal Mills College, Gudiyattam was the resource person and he gave a special lecture on this topic.
