Activities 2018 – 2019
Programme 1:
The Integrated Child Development Services, Gudiyattam along with the Health Club and Women’s Welfare Club of K.M.G organized an awraeness programme on “Malnutrition” for girls students of our college on 27-09-2018 at 2 p.m.
Mrs.R.Mahalakshmi, Head, Department of Nutrition, FSM and Dietetics, Marudhar Kesari Jain College for Women, Vaniyambadi delivered a speech on “Importance of Nutrition to adolescents”.
Programme 2:
Health club organized a free eye screening camp in co-ordination with Agarwal Eye Hospital, Vellore, on 21.12.2018 and 22.12.2018 at K.M.G. Auditorium. Dr. D. Gajapathy, Director, Dr. M. Jaysree Rani, Principal and Prof. M. Megarajan, Vice-Principal presided over the function.
Nearly 800 Students and 100 Teaching and Non-Teaching staff members got benefited by this camp.
The Co-ordinator of Health club Prof. G. Shobarani, Asst. Professor, Department of Computer Science and members Prof. M. Divya, Asst. Professor, Department of English, Prof. L. Arulmozhi, Asst. Professor, Department of Mathematics, Mr. R. Ganapathy Camp Co-ordinator, Agarwal Eye hospital, Vellore arranged for the programme.
