B.Com (CA) course was established in the year 2009.

The department is an ever-green favorites of students in the blazing effulgence of job prospects. Of the five staff members. Three staff members have been qualified by SET/NET with M.Phil., and others are completed in M.Phil. The department has programmes at UG and PG Levels which are the foremost choice of vast majority of students.

The Scholar-Inmates are regularly presenting Papers at several National Seminars and Conferences, Symposia and Workshops. The department maintains its own library to focus student’s studious attention on learning more through book reading.

Candidate seeking admission to the first year B.Com. Computer Applications Degree Course shall be required to have passed the Higher Secondary Course Examination (Academic or Vocational) conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu with Mathematics or Business Mathematics or Computer Science or Statistics or Business Statistics as one of the subjects or an Examination accepted as equivalent thereto by the Governing Body of KMG College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Gudiyatham subject to such other conditions as may be prescribed.

A candidate who has passed the B.Com Computer Application, B.Com., B.Com.(Corporate Secretaryship), B.C.S., B.B.A., B.Com. (Bank Management)., B.A (Co-op.), B.A. (Economics), B.A. (Corporate Economics) and B.Sc. Mathematics or B.Sc. Computer Science or B.C.A. or B. Sc. (ISM) with any two Core Papers offered at the B.Com. level of any UGC recognized University or an Examination of any University accepted by the Governing Body of KMG College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Gudiyatham as equivalent.
