 UNIVERSITY RESULT 

  • The Department of English produced 92% of result for the PG and 74% of result for UG in the academic year 2016-17 in their University Examinations.

ACTIVITIES OF PG DEPARTMENT OF ENGLISH

Intercollegiate Literary Fest

Intercollegiate Literary fest, ENGLISHIANA- 2017 was conducted on 12th August, 2017 at K.M. G. Auditorium.  254 students and 21 staff members from 14 colleges took part in the fest.  The Overall Championship won by “Auxilium College” Katpadi.

Inter College Competitions

Our students participated in Inter College events organized by Islamiah Women’s Arts & Science College, Vaniyambadi on 05.10.2017 and won Over all Trophy in various events like  Poetry Recitation, Soliloquy, Pencil Sketch, Live Reporting, JAM and Pageant Show.

English Literary Association

English Literary Association is active in our college. It has conducted various competitions such as Elocution, Pencil sketch, Calligraphy, Tongue twisters, JAM, Short Story writing and Poetry writing.
